Eventuali cambi merce si effettuano solamente:
- Nel negozio dove è stato acquistato il capo
- Entro 10 giorni dalla data di acquisto [*1]
- Previa conservazione integra del capo e del cartellino
- Dietro presentazione dello scontrino fiscale
[*1]: Si avvisa la gentile clientela che i cambi merce per il mese di giugno si effettuano entro e non oltre il 30 giugno e per il mese di dicembre entro e non oltre il 31 dicembre.
Oltre questa data non sarà possibile effettuare cambi.
Nota bene: Ai sensi della normativa italiana vigente, per gli acquisti effettuati in negozio non sussiste l’obbligo legale di accettare resi o concedere rimborsi, salvo in caso di merce difettosa o non conforme. In caso di accettazione del reso, non è previsto il rimborso in denaro, ma verrà emesso un buono di pari valore, utilizzabile per futuri acquisti presso lo stesso punto vendita.
In-Store Returns
RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED IN STOREAny merchandise exchanges are only carried out:
1. In the store where the item was purchased
2. Within 10 days from the date of purchase [*1]
3. Provided the item and the tag are kept intact
4. Upon presentation of the receipt
[*1]: Customers are advised that merchandise exchanges for the month of June must be made by June 30th and for the month of December by December 31st.
Beyond this date, exchanges will not be possible.
Please note: According to current Italian legislation, for purchases made in-store there is no legal obligation to accept returns or provide refunds, except in the case of defective or non-compliant goods. In the event of acceptance of the return, no cash refund will be provided, but a voucher of equal value will be issued, which can be used for future purchases at the same store.
